Amy’s Gluten-free Pizza. Thanks to all the folks who popularized a gluten-free diet, I have access to gluten-free alternatives to pretty much everything I enjoyed before discovering I was gluten intolerant. And this is one of my favorites for its crispy crust and complex flavors…of course my hubby puts mixed cheese and fresh tomatoes on top as well.
Update: Turns out I’m not gluten intolerant after all, but it was fun to discover all the alternatives out there anyway.

Thanks. I had no idea how important pizza was to me until I became gluten free. I thought I wouldn’t care, but GOOD pizza is wonderful. Colin made some homemade too that was delish.
