To those who have been patiently awaiting the next in The Steamship Chronicles, your wait is over. Gifts is available in eBook from the usual vendors while a print release is in the works.

To any readers who wait to pick up a series until it’s complete, I have good and bad news: Gifts is the final piece of the first volume, completing Sam’s quest for a place to call home in a way she never expected. It is not, however, the end of The Steamship Chronicles. The series will continue with new stories and even some shifts in character focus as you will discover in the bonus chapter included at the end of Gifts. Sam and Nat will be returning to center stage soon enough as new adventures are before them as well.

Writing this series has renewed my love for gears and shiny things (much like a crow, I suppose), and I hope some of you will be inspired to take up glue, a hammer, screwdriver or whatever suits you to create something. More than any other book in the series, Gifts is about the creativity in everyone and learning how we affect the world around us.
