Gifts, the third novel in The Steamship Chronicles, is coming soon as some of you may have noticed if you visited the My Publications section of my website. This book concludes the first trilogy within the series but is not, by any means, the last in The Steamship Chronicles.

Gifts picks up shortly after Threats just as Threats follows right after Secrets concludes. The steamship is in its final approach to the island they spotted at the end of the rainbow. While the whole series is appropriately classified Steampunk Adventure, in Gifts, Sam and Nat go on their own adventures, exploring both the island and Sam’s knack.

If you’ve been reading the series, you’ll know the stories are as much about Nat, the cabin boy training to become a captain someday, as they are about Samantha, a Natural who transforms machinery. However, for the first time in the series, Nat joins Sam on the cover, a picture which holds several treats for the careful observer.

So, with no further ado, here is the cover art for both the eBook and print versions to entertain you while the book itself is going through the final steps for publication. You’ll notice the sail is still blank on the back cover. The back cover description is one of those steps still in process, but the final will have a little about the story, no worries.
