An Innocent Secret Now Available in Trade Paperback

In all the excitement of finishing NaNo and leaping into the final stages of the year, I neglected to tell you, my website followers, that the trade paperback version of An Innocent Secret did manage to squeak in under the wire of my expected release time. I received the final proof on the 30th of November and pronounced it perfect the very same day.

The cover changed in some small aspects from the earlier cover reveal, as well as having all the pieces (namely the back cover text), so I decided to share the flat with you once again. Click the below picture to view a larger version.

This story is one of those that was not planned, or even known, until I started writing A Country Masquerade. Georgiana Ferrier, the youngest of the Ferrier daughters, was supposed to wait her turn like any other good daughter. That is not Georgie’s way. She slipped her story into hidden moments within A Country Masquerade, leaving a breadcrumb trail of hints with unexplained absences and sly comments when she could not keep the whole to herself.

Thus was born the short story A Chance Meeting, the tale of two children who meet in the woods while escaping the mundane duties of their lives. Their chance meeting blossoms into An Innocent Secret, which reveals how love and maturity turn their friendship into so much more.

If you haven’t done so, you can subscribe to my Romance Release Announcements list (which comes out only when there is a new release in that genre) to receive an eBook of A Chance Meeting for free. It’s not necessary to read the short story before An Innocent Secret, but it does offer a deeper foundation for the later tale, and I like to think A Chance Meeting has fun and poignant moments you wouldn’t want to miss.

Also, as with my other titles, you can pick up the eBook version of An Innocent Secret at a significant discount when purchasing the print on Amazon as soon the two link up.
