    If we truly want to deal with sleep deprivation, we could start by picking one time standard and stop changing it twice a year. It’s a pet peeve because it takes me longer to adjust as I age. I wouldn’t mind if I thought there was a valid reason for it, but nothing I’ve read is a strong enough reason to deprive people of the sleep they need, court auto accidents, etc. twice a year.
