He found ways to incorporate gardening tasks into his exercise routine, both overcoming barriers to daily exercise on the bad days and offering a warmup on good ones. His mental process is as important as the physical. Whether you suffer from chronic illness or just a sedentary lifestyle, physical activity at whatever level possible is crucial for overall health.
