    Re: bending over. It must be my dance training, but I tried it out and bending from the hip is my automatic way of doing it. 🙂

      Yeah, same here, but then I do many things in odd ways :). It does make me realize that is one reason why my arms are shorter when picking things up than others, though. Tried to imitate the described bad posture and gained 3 inches :).
