Description (Writing)
A writer I know is taking lessons in mounted archery and offered this description of practicing in less than idea conditions that might spark some ideas for details to consider when writing mounted archers. Remember, though, that circumstances and experiences are variable. This is one person’s experience. Still, the impact of so many small, supposedly irrelevant, details like position of equipment, layers of clothing, etc. is fascinating. To create a consistent environment, I’d guess many warriors were OCD, and it puts a different spin on the temper tantrums thrown when a new person works with their gear.
